About me...

I have been a licensed CA attorney since 1984.  I have worked for a couple of larger law firms in the past, but I decided it was time to open my own law practice over a decade ago.  Since then, I have devoted myself to focused representation of my clients in a wide variety of real estate issues.

Currently, I focus primarily on California landlord-tenant law.  With the adoption of California Civil Code section 1942.6 in 2020, the complexity of landlord-tenant law in the state of California has increased significantly.   I pride myself in navigating my clients through the ever-increasing complexity of this newly-adopted law.

I also provide my clients with family trust services.  I am a firm believer in the use of family trusts to avoid probate, and I feel personally humbled each time a client places their family trust creation and/or amendment in my hands.
